Vintage wrist alarm clock of the "cricket" type, hums at the set time. Stylish design of the 70's, blue dial in rare condition. Two crowns - the upper one for the main movement mechanism (winding, turning the hands), and the lower one for the alarm clock mechanism (winding the signal spring, moving the arrow). The alarm pointer moves only counterclockwise. The alarm is triggered when the lower crown is extended. In the 1970s, quartz movements began to supplant mechanics with their cheapness, and manufacturers entered a technological race to simplify and reduce the cost of production of classical mechanics, producing machines with a Roskopf pin escapement. This watch uses just such a mechanism, bridges and boards are stamped, but the number of stones is 17 (although many put only one stone). The car is on a great run, everything is working as it should. The watch is comfortable, perfect for a suit. The mechanism is preventively cleaned, lubricated, adjusted. Everything works fine, new strap. The body is chrome-plated, the back cover is steel screwed on the thread. Two crowns for alarm and clock. The condition is very good. Dimensions:- diameter without head heads ~ 37 mm. Dial in blue tone with polished appliques, signed "MEMOCALL - 17 JEWELS - ALARM - SHOCKRESISTANT - SWISS MADE". Steel arrows, red alarm pointer, center second. Original plex glass. The condition is close to ideal, a minimum of natural traces of time. Movement caliber Ronda 1223-21 on 17 jewels, plates and bridges in nickel plating. Manual winding, shockproof device, over 33 hours of power reserve. The technical and cosmetic condition is very good, preventive maintenance.
